Our Vision
महाराष्ट्रातील सर्व विद्युत कामगारांना सन्मानजनक जीवन आणि सुरक्षित भविष्य प्रदान करणे. आम्ही अशा महाराष्ट्राची कल्पना करतो जिथे प्रत्येक विद्युत कामगाराला त्याच्या कौशल्यांचे योग्य मूल्य मिळते, त्याच्या कुटुंबाचे भविष्य सुरक्षित असते आणि तो अभिमानाने आपल्या कामाकडे पाहतो.
To provide dignified life and secure future for all electrical workers in Maharashtra. We envision a Maharashtra where every electrical worker receives fair value for their skills, has a secure future for their family, and takes pride in their work.
(क) संघटन आणि एकीकरण
संपूर्ण महाराष्ट्र राज्य भारतीय संघराज्य सिमांकन क्षेत्रातील महाराष्ट्र राज्य स्तरावर सरकारी व खाजगी विद्युत कंपनीचे (विद्युत निर्मिती, विद्युत पारेषण, विद्युत वितरण) विभागातील विविध झोन, विभाग, उपविभाग इत्यादी मध्ये कार्यरत कंत्राटी तथा अस्थायी कामगार व्यक्तींची संघटना करणे आणि त्यांना एकत्रित आणणे व त्यांचे प्रशासनाशी असलेले संबंध विनियमित करणे.
To organize and unite contract and temporary workers working in various zones, divisions, subdivisions etc. of government and private electricity companies (electricity generation, transmission, distribution) departments at Maharashtra state level within the territorial jurisdiction of Indian Federation Maharashtra State and to regulate their relations with the administration.
(ख) जीवनमान सुधारणा
सदस्यांना त्यांच्या जीवनमानात आणि सेवेत सुस्थिती प्राप्त करून देणे.
To provide better living standards and services to the members.
(ग) तक्रार निवारण
त्यांची गाऱ्हाणी दूर करण्याचा प्रयत्न करणे.
To try to resolve their grievances.
(घ) वेतन सुरक्षा
मानधन कपातीला प्रतिबंध करण्याचा आणि परिस्थितीनुरूप शक्य झाल्यास आगाऊ रक्कम मिळवून देण्याचा प्रयत्न करणे.
To try to prevent deduction of remuneration and to get advance payment if possible according to the situation.
(ड) कामगार संबंध
कामातील वाढ टाळता यावी म्हणून कंत्राटी कामगार आणि वीज कंपनी प्रशासन यांच्यातील तंट्यात सलोख्याने तडजोड घडवून आणण्याचा प्रयत्न करणे.
To try to bring about amicable compromise in disputes between contract workers and electricity company administration to avoid increase in work.
(च) सामाजिक सुरक्षा
बेकारी, विकलांगता, वार्धक्य आणि मृत्यु याबाबत सेवा नियमात तरतूद करून देण्याचा प्रयत्न करणे.
To try to provide for unemployment, disability, old age and death in the service rules.
(छ) अपघात नुकसान भरपाई
कामगार नुकसान भरपाई अधिनियमानुसार सदस्यांना अपघाताच्या प्रकरणात नुकसान भरपाई मिळवून देण्याचा प्रयत्न करणे.
To try to get compensation to the members in case of accident as per Workmen's Compensation Act.
(ज) रोजगार सहाय्य
रोजगारीमध्ये किंवा तद्नुषंगाने उद्भवणाऱ्या बाबींमध्ये सदस्यांना विविध प्रकारे सहाय्य देणे.
To provide various types of assistance to members in employment or related matters.
(झ) संप सहाय्य
संघटनेच्या मंजुरीने पुकारलेल्या संपाच्या काळात किंवा टाळेबंदीच्या काळात सदस्यांना मदत देण्याचा प्रयत्न करणे.
To try to help the members during the strike called with the approval of the organization or during the lockout period.
(ग) माहिती आणि सुविधा
महाराष्ट्रातील वीज उद्योगातील कंत्राटी / अस्थायी कामगारांना वीज कंपनी व्यवस्थापनाकडून देण्यात येणाऱ्या सोयी-सवलतींची माहिती मिळविणे.
To obtain information about the facilities provided by the electricity company management to contract/temporary workers in the electricity industry in Maharashtra.
(ट) सहकार्य आणि सहाय्य
भारतातील सारखीच उद्दिष्ट्ये असलेल्या कामगार संघटनांना सहकार्य देणे.
To cooperate with workers' organizations in India that have similar objectives.
(ठ) राष्ट्रीय सहाय्य
ह्या नियमात उल्लेखिलेल्या उद्दिष्टांच्या प्रयत्नांसाठी भारतीय श्रमिक संघाच्या अधिनियमानुसार भारतातील श्रमिक वर्गांना मदत करणे.
To help the working class in India as per the Indian Trade Unions Act for the efforts of the objectives mentioned in these rules.
संघटनात्मक विकास
ही उद्दिष्ट्ये साध्य करण्यासाठी महाराष्ट्र राज्य स्तरावर सरकारी व खाजगी विद्युत कंपनीचे (विद्युत निर्मिती, विद्युत पारेषण, विद्युत वितरण) विभागात संघाच्या विविध भागात केंद्रे संघटीत करता येतील.
Centers can be organized in various parts of the union in government and private electricity companies (electricity generation, transmission, distribution) departments at Maharashtra state level to achieve these objectives.
(न) मूल्याधारित संघटना
भारतीय जीवनमुल्यावर आधारीत कामगार संघटना देशहीत, उद्योगहीत व कामगार हितोन्मुख करण्याचा प्रयत्न करणे.
To try to make the workers' organization based on Indian values, country-friendly, industry-friendly and worker-friendly.
(त) स्थायी रोजगार
कंत्राटी कामगारांना स्थायी स्वरूपी नौकरीत सामावून घेण्यासाठी सर्वतोपरी प्रयत्न करणे.
To make every effort to absorb contract workers into permanent jobs.
(घ) संवैधानिक मूल्ये
न्याय, स्वातंत्र्य, समता व बंधुता या भारतीय संविधानातील मुल्यांवर आधारीत समाजरचना निर्माण करणे.
To create a social structure based on the values of justice, liberty, equality and fraternity in the Indian Constitution.
(द) आर्थिक विकास
देशाचे राष्ट्रीय उत्पन्न वाढविण्यासाठी संपूर्ण कामगार शक्तीचा उपयोग करणे.
To utilize the entire workforce to increase the national income of the country.
(ध) शोषण विरोध
कामगारांच्या होणाऱ्या आर्थिक, सामाजिक व मानसिक शोषणाच्या विरोधात कार्य करणे.
To work against the economic, social and mental exploitation of workers.
(ण) समान वितरण
राष्ट्रीय संपत्तीचे समसमान वितरण व्हावे यासाठी कार्य करणे.
To work for equal distribution of national wealth.
(प) कामगार केंद्रित नीती
ज्या औद्योगिक नीतीमध्ये कामगारांना व्यवस्थापनात प्रतिनिधीत्व असेल व कामगार-कल्याणाला प्राथमिकता असेल अशी औद्योगिक नीती प्रस्थापित करण्याकरिता कार्य करणे.
To work to establish an industrial policy in which workers have representation in management and worker welfare is prioritized.
(फ) नागरी हक्क संरक्षण
कामगारांच्या नागरी हक्कांच्या रक्षणाकरिता कार्य करणे.
To work for the protection of workers' civil rights.
(ब) मूल्ये जोपासना
कामगारांमध्ये स्वातंत्र्य, समता व बंधुता निर्माण करण्यासाठी कार्य करणे.
To work to create freedom, equality and fraternity among workers.
(भ) सामाजिक बदल
कामगारांमध्ये असमानता निर्माण करणाऱ्या प्रस्थापित समाजव्यवस्थेच्या विरोधात संघर्ष करण्याकरिता व समतेवर आधारित समाजरचना करण्याकरिता कामगार वर्गाला प्रेरित करणे.
To motivate the working class to fight against the established social system that creates inequality among workers and to create a social structure based on equality.
(म) हक्कांचे संरक्षण
लोकांच्या व कामगारांच्या संविधानिक अधिकारांचे तसेच बदलत्या परिस्थितीत त्यांच्या विविध न्याय - हक्क व अधिकारांचे रक्षण करणे.
To protect the constitutional rights of the people and workers as well as their various justice - rights and entitlements in changing circumstances.
