The Maharashtra State Independent Electrical Contract Workers Union is an independent organization working to protect the rights and welfare of electrical contract workers in Maharashtra. We continuously strive to ensure that all workers receive fair wages, safe working conditions, social security, and their rights. Our organization was established to strengthen worker unity and provide them with a collective voice.

संघटनेची वार्षिक सर्वसाधारण सभा मुंबई येथे आयोजित करण्यात आली होती. या सभेत गेल्या वर्षाच्या कामकाजाचा आढावा घेण्यात आला आणि नवीन पदाधिकाऱ्यांची निवड करण्यात आली. The annual general meeting of the union was held in Mumbai. The meeting reviewed last year's work and elected new office bearers for the upcoming term.
नवीन विद्युत तंत्रज्ञान आणि सुरक्षा मानकांवर विशेष प्रशिक्षण कार्यशाळा पुणे येथे यशस्वीपणे पार पडली. १५० हून अधिक कामगारांनी या कार्यशाळेत सहभाग घेतला. A special training workshop on new electrical technology and safety standards was successfully conducted in Pune. More than 150 workers participated in this workshop.
नाशिक येथे मोफत आरोग्य तपासणी शिबिराचे आयोजन करण्यात आले होते. २०० हून अधिक कामगार आणि त्यांच्या कुटुंबीयांनी या शिबिराचा लाभ घेतला. A free health check-up camp was organized in Nashik. More than 200 workers and their family members benefited from this camp.
औरंगाबाद येथे विद्युत कामगारांसाठी विशेष सुरक्षा प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रमाचे आयोजन करण्यात आले. या कार्यक्रमात आधुनिक सुरक्षा उपकरणे आणि प्रक्रियांचे प्रात्यक्षिक देण्यात आले. A special safety training program was organized for electrical workers in Aurangabad. The program included demonstrations of modern safety equipment and procedures.
